We have set up your new Profile in the new ‘Create’ editor ready for you. Now let us show you around.

Configuration

BRAND

Your Brand

We have set this up to get you started. Feel free to tweak and change this to suit. You can change colours & fonts.

Your Writing Style

If you want to use our new AI content tools ‘Alpaca Superpowers’, then we suggest you set up your brand/profile writing style. This writing style will then carry throughout any content created with AIpaca superpowers across any of your maps.

We have not set this up for you. It will be up to you to define this using the tools available.

PROFILE

Update your profile

You can update your profile image/logo, your bio and social links.

Integrations

We have set up your integrations for you, but if you need to ever change them, this is where you will find them.

Start plotting

We have a range of tutorials and resources to help you get started.
View the support resources here.

We recommend that you add content into as many of the fields as possible. Some of the fields will not yet display on the front end, but they are coming in future display templates, so it’s a good idea to have the content in there ready.

Our AI content tools also reference many of the classifications you enter. The more you enter, the more accurate the content generated by our AI tools will be.

Do you have an Alpaca Places Library?

If you have an Alpaca Places Library, this is still managed via the snippets editor link.

To connect your places library to your new itineraries, follow this tutorial.

Display & Share

Your options for sharing and displaying your maps will depend on what features you are currently using. If your account uses one of the following features, please refer to this tutorial ‘Display & share options for older product features’;

  • A locale guide (that displays your itineraries/trails)
  • Bookmarking/trip planning
  • Alpaca Places library (snippets)

For all other accounts, you will find share and display options on the tab along the top.
