Is there a free trial plan?
We offer a free plan which allows you to create basic Travel Stories. Not all features and functionality are available in this plan. You can upgrade from this free plan to the Starter plan at any time.
Do you charge monthly or yearly?
You can select the payment schedule that suits you. Yearly subscriptions save 20% or more.
Can I add more users to my account?
Yes, you can add additional users. Depending on your subscription plan, additional users may incur an additional monthly charge.
Do I need technical knowledge to use Alpaca?
No you don’t! Alpaca was started so that anyone could create beautiful maps, no coding required. Once you’ve created a map, you can easily share the link or embed it on any website with one click.
Do you offer a service to help set up my maps/guides?
Our Alpaca studio is here to help with creating maps for you. Prices are dependent on the size of your project. Contact us to find out more.
