Go to the ‘Projects’ tab in your dashboard to create a new story or edit an existing one.
Click on the green ‘+ADD’ button to get started.
Click on the 3 lines on the left to expand your data source options.
Select the ATDW option. You will notice that grey icons appear on your map.
The grey icons are all your ATDW listings. As you zoom in more will appear.
Your first option is that you can simple add the listing by clicking on the icon on the map.
Alternatively, you can still use the search bar to type the name of the listing.
When the correct listing appears in the drop down, select it to add.
This approach uses ATDW’s search API, so it may not be as accurate if you search common words.
You will not see the ATDW content within the Alpaca editor, but it will display on the front end for your users. If at any time you want to check the ATDW listing it is connected to, you can follow these steps.
Click the pencil next to the listing in the right-hand column. Then expand the ‘Place information’ section. This will show you that the data source is ATDW, and you can click the ‘View Data’ link to open the ATDW product listing page on their website.
All content updates for ATDW listings need to happen within the ATDW platform, they cannot be done through Alpaca. Once an update is made in ATDW, it will refresh within Alpaca within a few days (depending on ATDW approval processes).
